Ordering

We are able to accept credit cards, debit cards, paypal and cheques. All funds must be cleared before any goods will be dispatched. All cheques must be made payable to 'Rock The Kasbah' and will be subject to a clearing period of 5 working days. All goods remain the property of Rock The Kasbah until the funds for the full amount have been received.

Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch and you have the right to cancel and return any part of your order within 7 working days of making it under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000. You will receive a full refund providing goods are received in a perfect condition. The postage cost for returning any product will, however, NOT be refunded. Please ensure that any returned goods are correctly packaged and labelled as no refund will be given if they are damaged in transit. It is essential that you include your details so a refund can be given. Any item/s returned after 28 days will not be eligible for any refund.

We endeavour to give an accurate description and photograph of all our products. As most of these are handcrafted there are sometimes slight differences in these and the dispatched product. If any product is listed as 'Out Of Stock' do give us a ring and we will try to get hold of the item required.

All goods are checked prior to dispatch and Rock The Kasbah takes no responsibility for damage that occurs during transit.
